Packages and Upgrades





• Basic 6 hour package : Feel comfortable knowing your day is going to be seamless. Includes your DJ and Day of Event Coordinator, online planner, sound and lighting system and wireless microphone for toasts and speeches.

• Ceremony Setup : You could be having your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all at the same venue but in different locations. Includes 2nd sound system, ceremony music and wireless microphones. Includes ceremony music and coordinator. Additional sound system setup are also available. (weather restrictions apply).

• Ceremony Coordinator Only :  Assistance and coordination with rehearsal, bridal preparations before the ceremony and processional lineup. Know that when the little things pop up unexpectedly, it can be taken care of so there are no delays.

• Wedding Monogram : Custom monograms are available for initials, names and sessions creating a special ambiance to your reception. Basic monogram includes projector and monogram design of your choice in a black & white metal design. Prices vary. Request our CD catalog for details or call for more options.

• Up Lighting : Washes the walls of your reception with stylish colors that can totally change the atmosphere and feel of your room. Prices per light fixture. Add effect and color to your wedding day.

• Photo Montage - Add a personal touch to your day with childhood, family, couple photos, engagement party and bridal shower. We'll create a beautiful photo presentation with music, effects and titles. All yours to keep and play and for years to come. Includes projector, 10 ft screen and producing Bride and Grooms presentation. (Restrictions apply, contact us for more information).

• Candid Photography: Our own roaming photographer will capture the most candid and exciting moments throughout your reception. All photos will be added to your photo montage when combining both upgrades they'll be given to you so you can print the photos of your choice.

• Additional Time: $75 per hour. Minimum $50 deposit and signed contract to secure date.

• Travel expenses : Local - $0, travel fees based on distance and need for lodging. Call for more information.
